APCPL Recruitment 2020- Aravali Power Company Private Limited has recently announced a notification for new vacancies like Engineering Executive Trainees – through
GATE-2019 posts.
Aravali
Power Company Pvt. Ltd (APCPL) is a joint venture company with 50% share of
NTPC Ltd, 25% share of Haryana power generation Corporation Ltd (HPGCL-Haryana
State Company) and 25% share of Indraprastha Power Generation Company Ltd
(IPGCL-Delhi State Company) located near village Jharli Distt. Jhajjar Haryana.
Its Thermal power plant named Indira Gandhi Super Thermal Power Station
presently generating 3X500 MW under Stage-I, supplying electricity to Haryana
and Delhi State.

2.ESSENTIAL
QUALIFICATION:

Full
time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology/AMIE with not less than 65%
marks (55% for SC/ST), as per respective Institute/University norms and have
also qualified GATE-2019 are eligible to apply.
1. ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING: Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Electrical,
Instrumentation & Control/Power System & High Voltage/Power
Electronics/Power Engineering.
2. MECHANICAL ENGINEERING: Mechanical / production/Industrial Engg. / Production &
Industrial Engg. / Thermal / Mechanical & Automation / Power engineering.
3. INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEERING: Electronics & Instrumentation / Instrumentation &
Control/ Electronics Instrumentation & Control.
3.AGE
LIMIT:

Upper
Age limit is 27 years as on last date of online application in APCPL (i.e.
01.06.2020).
·
The
upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy
Layer) candidates. It is relaxed by 10 years for PwBD – General, 13 years for
PwBD-OBC and 15 years for PwBD-SC/ST Candidates.
·
Upper
age is relaxed by 5 years for the candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled
in the state of Jammu & Kashmir from 01.01.80 to 31.12.89. In addition, the
age relaxation for Ex-servicemen (XSM) will be as per Government of India
norms.
4.SALARY:

APCPL
offers one of the best pay packages in the industry. Selected candidates will
be placed in the pay scale of E1 (Grade) in the pay scale of Rs. 40,000-1,40,000 at the basic pay of
40,000/- during one year training period. The other allowance such as Dearness
Allowance, other perquisites and allowances, terminal benefits, etc. will be
admissible as per company rules in force from time to time during training.

Candidate
belonging to General/OBC category is required to pay a non-refundable
registration fee of Rs. 150/-. The SC/ST/PwBD category registration fees NIL.
·
Payment
can be made either through offline mode or online mode as described below:
1. Payment in offline mode: Punjab National Bank has
been authorized to collect the registration fee on behalf of APCPL. Candidate
has to approach the nearby PNB branch with a printout of the “Challan” which is
available on the application registration portal. The Challan printed from the
portal should only be used for depositing the fee for proper crediting of
amount in APCPL account. APCPL will not be responsible in case the candidate
deposits the fee in a wrong account.
2.Payment
in online mode: Candidate also has the option to pay the fee online (through
Net banking / Debit Card / Credit Card). The online payment option will be
available on the application portal.
6.SELECTION
PROCESS:

Eligible candidates who have qualified in Graduate Aptitude
Test in Engineering (GATE)-2019andBased on the GATE-2019 marks and requirement.
· Shortlisted candidates
will be called for Group Discussion (GD) and Interview.
· The final merit list
will be prepared based on 85% weightage of GATE-2019 marks, 5% weightage of GD
marks and 10% weightage of Interview marks.
